1. Information We Handle
Local Data (SQLite)
Your expense, income, and mileage records are stored in a secure local database on your device. This data is processed locally to provide reports and calculations; NevApps does not collect, transmit, or store your personal records on external servers.
Location Data
Precise Location (Latitude/Longitude) is accessed solely while the feature is active to calculate Sunrise/Sunset times for the Shahenshahi Calendar. Location data is sent securely to api.sunrise-sunset.org for calculation and is never retained or stored by NevApps.
2. Diagnostics & Azure Logging
To ensure app stability, we collect non-identifying diagnostic metadata stored in Microsoft Azure:
Technical Metadata: OS version, device model, and manufacturer info.
Crash Reports: Anonymous timestamps and stack traces used for troubleshooting.
3. Data Retention & Deletion Policy
NevApps maintains the following data retention practices across all collected and processed data:
User Personal Data & Local Records: Stored locally on your device indefinitely until manually deleted via Settings > Clear Data or by uninstalling the application. We retain zero copies on external servers.
Location Data: Not retained. Location queries are processed in real time for calendar calculation and immediately discarded.
Diagnostic & Crash Logs: Anonymous diagnostic data stored in Azure is automatically purged and deleted permanently after 30 days.
